How to Apply for a Refund
If you unfortunately fail your certification exam after using our practice tests, you may be eligible for a refund. To initiate a claim, please email our support team at sales@dumpshelp.com with the required documentation.
Refund Requirements & Conditions:
To successfully process your refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- Required Documentation: You must attach a clear image or scanned copy of your official test certification report (showing the failing result), along with your DumpsHelp purchase order number.
- Reasonable Study Time (15-Day Rule): You cannot have taken and failed the exam within 15 days of purchasing the materials. This policy ensures you have dedicated a reasonable amount of time to studying the practice tests.
- Claim Deadline (20-Day Rule): All refund requests must be submitted within 20 days of your original purchase date.
- No Post-Claim Downloads: If a user downloads the exam files after submitting a refund request, the refund case will be automatically cancelled and deleted.
- Non-Refundable Items: Discounted products and special promotional offers are strictly non-refundable.
